B. 1986 Tbilisi, Ana Chorgolashvili lives and works in Georgia. She graduated the Tbilisi State Academy of Arts, faculty of Restoration, Art Theory and History - bachalor degree in 2007; Radio Liberty Media School in 2015; Tbilisi State Academy of Arts, faculty of Restoration, Art Theory and History - Master Degree in 20th century Georgian art in 2018. She works as an Art historian / Architecture researcher / Curator / Video Artist. She is involved in various local and international art projects and exhibitions. In Collaboration with Gio Sumbadze, Ana is the co-founder of U.R.L (Urban Research Laboratory). Since 2013, in collaboration with the local TV station about culture – ARTAREA - she has authored and produced “Index” – a photo/video documentation of the Soviet Modernist architectural heritage in Tbilisi. Ana is a co-founder of the organization Public Art Platform.
